What an absolute pleasure to meet you. I am Lauren Olson: Copywriter.

I live in Portland, Oregon where I was born, however, in the spirit of full disclosure and getting to know each other, I should mention that sometime between my birth-time and the now-time I:

• Lived in NYC for a long-time (over 10 years) writing, performing and producing comedy.

• Lived in LA for a shorter-time (almost 3 years) where I did more of the writing, performing and producing of comedy.

• Returned to Portland where I now live for a yet-to-be-determined amount of time, working at creative agency (Opinionated) doing things adjacent to, and overlapping with, the skillsets (writing, performing and producing comedy) which I honed on the streets (and stages) of NYC and LA - though now it’s through the lens of advertising.

There’s more to be said about this, but I’m attempting to keep it tight. (How do you think I did?)

Personality-wise, I am a laugh-making, mood-lightening, super-scrappy, confidently-collaborating, fun-time people-person with a delightfully-dynamic dark-side.
